Description

Material: hard-foamed, already dyed polystyrene, which is very tightly insulated.
Weight: without lining and without bees approx. 430 grams.
Internal dimensions: 18 cm long, 11 cm wide, 12 cm high. External dimensions: 24 cm long, 15 cm wide, 17 cm high.
Honeycomb Area: Approx. 200 cm2 per frame.
Ventilation grill: large size = 22 cm2 pure air flow.
Offset flight hole with landing terrace and thus protected from predators.

Box contents:

Enclosure box for 3 or 5 frames with
removable base so that bees can be filled from below.
Lid with cut-out for the no-slip female cell e.g. in Nicot breeding system.
Front slider/front: This locks the air hole when the ventilation is open – and vice versa.
3 interlocking plastic tubes with guides for centre wall initial strips with
Cut-out for female cells or cage, with vertical spacing strips and
