These dual fish tank net breeders are ideal for separating and protecting newly born fish eggs / fry stopping them being eaten or bullied by other fish in the larger aquarium environment.

The hatcheries two layers are specifically designed for use with pregnant fish like gravid guppys for example. You are able to place these fish inside the top layer of the hatchery and once your fish has given birth to their babies they will fall through the cracks in this layer and automatically be safe from any harm as they are already quarantined from their mother. The fry can then mature in this section of the hatchery until it is safe to release them into your tank fully.

Also suitable for isolating sick, injured or aggressive fish.
